(NASDAQ: CSOD) today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed follow-on public offering of up to 8,500,000 shares of its common stock plus up to an additional 1,275,000 shares that may be sold in connection with the potential exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares.
