(NYSE: WMT) today announced that the company’s 2011 Annual Shareholders meeting will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011 at 7:00 a.m. CDT, in the Bud Walton Arena at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Ark. Following the meeting, there will be an informal 30-minute live question and answer session for shareholders.
The company also announced that April 6, 2011 is the record date for that meeting.
