Crocs, Inc. Awarded Ladies’ Home Journal ‘Do Good’ Stamp

Crocs Cares℠ program recognized for global shoe donations and community support

NIWOT, Colo.--()--Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) today announced that the company has been awarded the ‘Do Good’ Stamp from Ladies’ Home Journal. The ‘Do Good’ stamp is given quarterly to corporations that are dedicated to doing good and making the world a better place. The award is in recognition of Crocs’ corporate social responsibility program, Crocs CaresSM, which is focused on making a difference in the lives of children and families in need through initiatives that positively impact employees and local and global communities.

Crocs is recognized with the ‘Do Good’ stamp in the Lades’ Home Journal September 2011 issue, which highlights the work of Crocs CaresSM in support of the health and wellbeing of children and their caregivers in financially depressed communities and those impacted by natural disasters. Since the launch of Crocs CaresSM in 2007, Crocs, has donated close to three million pairs of shoes in more than 40 countries. Most recently, Crocs donated more than 100,000 pairs of shoes to Japan, in conjunction with Feed the Children, in the wake of this year’s devastating earthquake and resulting tsunami.

“Giving back has always been a priority for Crocs, and we are proud to be recognized along with the other current and past Ladies’ Home Journal ‘Do Good’ Stamp recipients who have made doing good a priority,” said Melissa Koester, Crocs CaresSM program manager. “Crocs is committed to positively impacting communities in need around the world, and we look forward to continuing to make good on this commitment in the future.”

In addition to its local and international aid work, through Crocs CaresSM, employees are encouraged to give back to their local communities. In 2010 alone, Crocs employees donated roughly 2,000 hours of their time volunteering in their communities and participating in employee-driven fundraisers.

The ‘Do Good’ stamp is awarded by an advisory board of experts including Sally Lee, the editor-in-chief of Ladies’ Home Journal and Nancy Weber, the chief marketing officer of Meredith Publishing Group.
