The ‘Young Turks’ panel, which takes place on the 22nd from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., will be moderated by Michael J. Peter, president and CEO of Campus Advantage, and features a number of prominent student housing executives including Mr. Rollins; David Adelman, president and CEO of Campus Apartments; Donna Preiss, founder and CEO of The Preiss Company; and Maximus Yaney, president of Campus Habitat. The panelists will be asked to comment on the latest industry trends regarding design, technology, revenue management, staffing and marketing. In addition, each executive will explain the importance of differentiation and provide insight on how to remain competitive in a crowded market.
