Acquired 841 shares in the aggregate in Invesco Van Kampen Municipal Trust ("VKQ") in connection with (i) the merger of Invesco Van Kampen Ohio Quality Municipal Trust ("VOQ") into VKQ pursuant to which 283 shares were acquired from VKQ in exchange for an equal number of shares of VOQ, (ii) the merger of Invesco Van Kampen Trust for Investment Grade New Jersey Municipals ("VTJ") into VKQ pursuant to which 409 shares were acquired from VKQ in exchange for an equal number of shares of VTJ and (iii) the merger of Invesco Van Kampen Massachusetts Value Municipal Income Trust ("VMV") into VKQ pursuant to which 149 shares were acquired from VKQ in exchange for an equal number of shares of VMV
