Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 10, 2023, Steven D. Borges, Executive Vice President and CEO, Diversified Manufacturing Services, announced that he intends to retire from Jabil Inc. on December 31, 2023, remaining available to transition his responsibilities through December 31, 2024.
