Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On August 10, 2023, Nathan Dickerman, the President of Field Operations for Ouster, Inc. (the “Company”) and a named executive officer in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed on May 1, 2023, tendered his resignation notice to the Company.

 

Item 8.01.

Other Events.

The Company announced that it has promoted Cyrille Jacquemet to Senior Vice President of Global Sales. In such role, Mr. Jacquemet will be responsible for overseeing worldwide sales, marketing, and customer success.
