On May 18, 2023, Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for its third quarter ended March 31, 2023. A copy of the press release containing the announcement is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
