Other Events

On June 12, 2023, the board of directors of FLAG approved an extension of the date by which FLAG has to complete its initial business combination from June 14, 2023 to September 14, 2023 (the “Extension”). In connection with the Extension, FLAG’s Trust Account has been funded with a payment of $423,186.12.
