Noninterest Income -3.1% linked quarter -8.3% year-over-year Linked Quarter Mortgage banking revenue decreased, reflecting lower volumes of performing loan sales and a decrease in the fair value of mortgage servicing rights, net of hedging activities. Payment services revenue decreased, as credit card revenue decreased due to lower sales volume and rate.
