On August 31, 2022, ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (hereinafter, the "Company") issued a press release announcing the signing of a ten-year marine liquified natural gas (“LNG”) large scale sales and purchase agreement with Shell NA LNG LLC to supply ten LNG-fueled vessels that will be deployed on ZIM’s flagship ZIM Container Service Pacific (ZCP), on the Asia to USEC trade. A copy of this press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
