On April 1, 2022, Quanergy Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the Press Release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
