On March 25, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. eastern time, Kansas City Southern’s President and Chief Executive Officer Patrick J. Ottensmeyer and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Michael W. Upchurch participated in a webinar that included a presentation and question and answer session with Credit Suisse Transportation Analyst Allison Landry. During this session, Mr. Ottensmeyer and Mr. Upchurch provided commentary on the Company’s QTD revenue and volume trends, COVID-19 management and expense management.
