MDC Partners Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.19 Per Share

 

NEW YORK, NY (October 29, 2014) – MDC Partners Inc. (NASDAQ: MDCA; TSX: MDZ.A) (“MDC Partners” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.19 per share on all of its outstanding Class A shares and Class B shares. The quarterly dividend will be payable on or about November 24, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2014.
