On April 4, 2023, Vallon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release to provide an update on proxy voting for the proposed merger with GRI Bio and urge stockholders of record as of March 6, 2023 to vote by April 11, 2023, at 11:59 PM ET.
