On March 31, 2023, two (the “Company”) announced that it will postpone its extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (the “Shareholder Meeting”), originally scheduled to be held at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on March 31, 2023, to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Information regarding how to attend the Shareholder Meeting and vote is available in the Company’s definitive proxy statement (the “Definitive Proxy Statement”), filed with the SEC on March 10, 2023.

The Company and its directors and executive officers and other persons may be deemed to be participants in the solicitation of proxies from the Company’s shareholders in respect of the Shareholder Meeting and the Extension Proposal and related matters.
