São Paulo, March 22, 2023 - GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (NYSE: GOL and B3: GOLL4) (“GOL”) has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2022 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shareholders and holders of GOL’s American depositary shares have the ability to, upon request to GOL’s Investor Relations Department, receive a hard copy of GOL’s complete audited financial statements, free of charge, within a reasonable period of time following the request.
