Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 21, 2023, Sonoco Products Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing updated guidance for the fiscal quarter ending April 2, 2023, as well as the Company’s earnings release date and investor conference call information. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
