Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 10, 2023, the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation closed Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”) and appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as SVB’s receiver.

Orthofix Medical Inc. (the “Company”) does not hold any deposits or securities or maintain any accounts at SVB. The Company’s $300.0 million secured revolving credit facility is with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent. SVB is not a lender under that facility.
