Other Events.

On February 16, 2023, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the “Corporation”) issued a press release announcing that Unifor members have ratified a new two-year collective agreement covering approximately 1,200 mechanical employees of the Corporation in Canada. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
