On February 10, 2023, Flowserve Corporation, a New York corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release regarding certain items
related to the expected financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2022. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
