     On May 29, 2007, Dennis Rosenberg tendered his resignation as Vice President, Marketing and International Sales of VNUS Medical Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), effective June 11, 2007.
     The Company issued a press release on May 30, 2007 announcing the foregoing, a copy of which press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
