Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 23, 2023, Christopher E. Jansen notified Investcorp Credit Management BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) of his plans to retire as the Company’s President and Secretary later this year.
