On November 3, 2022, Polestar Automotive Holding UK PLC (“Polestar”) issued a press release announcing that it has received further commitments for financial and liquidity support from its two major shareholders, Volvo Car AB (publ) and its subsidiaries, and PSD Investment Limited.
