INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT 

Effective October 21, 2022, Borqs Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) amended its Amended and Restated Articles of Association (the “Articles”) to (i) set the quorum for a shareholders meeting to 15% of the shares entitled to vote from 50% of the shares entitled to vote and (ii) if a meeting is adjourned due to lack of quorum, grant the board of directors the discretion to set the quorum for such meeting to 10% of the shares entitled to vote from one-third of the shares entitled to vote.
