On October 17, 2022, PerkinElmer, Inc. (the “Company”) announced preliminary expectations with respect to certain financial results for the
third quarter ended October 2, 2022 and announced that the Company will release its full third quarter 2022 financial results on November 8, 2022. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit
