Other Events.

On August 15, 2022, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the “Corporation”) issued a press release announcing a new two-year collective agreement between the Corporation and the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference - Train and Engine following binding arbitration. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
