Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 15, 2022, Fresh Vine Wine, Inc. issued a press release disclosing, among other things, that four national, big box grocery retailers have informed the Company that they intend to include Fresh Vine Wine varietals in their stores with their respective Fall resets. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
