Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 4, 2022, Amit D. Munshi, an independent director of Social Capital Suvretta Holdings Corp. IV (the “Company”), resigned from the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) with immediate effect. Mr. Munshi was a member of each of the audit committee, the compensation committee and the nominating and corporate governance committee of the Board. Mr. Munshi’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement between Mr. Munshi and the Company, its management, the Board or any committee thereof, or with respect to any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
