This presentation contains four financial measures – Adjusted Net Income (Loss), Adjusted Net Income (Loss) Per Diluted Share, Adjusted EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, and Depreciation and Amortization), and Adjusted Gross Margin – all of which are considered “non-GAAP” financial measures under applicable Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations.
