Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 17, 2022, Idera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing positive results from its investigator-sponsored trial, INTRIM 1, involving tilsotolimod, the Company’s synthetic Toll-like receptor 9 agonist.
