Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 8, 2022, Colleen Batcheler, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Conagra Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) tendered her resignation from the Company, effective April 30, 2022. Ms. Batcheler has decided to pursue another opportunity outside of the consumer packaged goods industry.
