Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On April 12, 2022, Marcela Martin announced her intention to resign as Chief Financial Officer of Squarespace, Inc. (the “Company”), effective July 31, 2022, in order to pursue opportunities outside of the Company. Ms. Martin’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company or its auditors, including with respect to the Company’s accounting principles, practices or financial statement disclosures. Ms. Martin has indicated that she will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer until her anticipated departure date while the Company searches for a new Chief Financial Officer.
