Explanation of Responses:
1. Option vests over four years with 25% of the shares vesting on November 1, 2019, and with 75% of the shares vesting in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the reporting person's continued service with the Issuer through the applicable vesting date.
2. Option vests over four years with 1/48th of the shares vesting on each monthly anniversary of March 1, 2020, subject to the reporting person's continued service with the Issuer through the applicable vesting date.
3. Option vests over four years with 1/48th of the shares vesting on each monthly anniversary of March 1, 2021, subject to the reporting person's continued service with the Issuer through the applicable vesting date.
4. The initial number of restricted stock units granted shall vest in 16 equal quarterly installments starting on December 8, 2021, provided the Reporting Person continues to have a service relationship with the Issuer at such time. The restricted stock units have no expiration date.
5. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Issuer common stock.
