As of December 31, 2021, the Reporting Persons beneficially owned 760,000 Class A ordinary shares and 5,600,000 Class B ordinary shares, representing 21.6% of the Issuer’s total issued and outstanding ordinary shares.

The calculation is based on 23,760,000 Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, and 5,750,000 Class B ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, issued and outstanding as of November 10, 2021 as reported in the Issuer’s Amendment No. 1 to Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 10, 2022 (the “Form 10-Q/A”) and assuming the conversion of all the shares of Class B ordinary shares into Class A ordinary shares.
