Item 8.01 Other Events
On January 27, 2022, Old National Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per common share. The dividend is payable March 15, 2022, to shareholders of record on March 4, 2022. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-dividend date is March 3, 2022.
