Opening of New Ink Manufacturing Facility

On January 26, 2022, Kornit Digital Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Kornit Digital State-of-the-Art Ink Manufacturing Site,” in which it announced the official opening of its new scalable, state-of-the-art ink manufacturing facility in Kiryat Gat, Israel.
