On January 13, 2022, Biofrontera, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary unaudited revenue for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
