Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On December 29, 2021, Anilu Vazquez-Ubarri resigned from her position as a member of the Board of Directors of TPG Pace Beneficial II Corp. (the “Company”), effective immediately, in light of her other professional commitments, including her pending service as a director of TPG Inc. Ms. Vazquez-Ubarri’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
