ESG - Social 13 Affordable housing • 2nd quarter 2021, Eagle announced $81.2 million in fixed rate acquisition financing to support a key affordable housing project. Bradley Crossing LLC, controlled by the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) • 2nd quarter 2021, construction loan used in conjunction with 4% LIHTC to rehabilitate a 60 unit LIHTC affordable community located in the Barry Farms neighborhood of Southeast Washington, DC. After completion, a HUD FHA Section 223(f) refinance application to exit the bank construction loan. EagleBank Foundation • Annual Fight Against Breast Cancer Golf Classic in October raised more than $420,000. Proceeds from the event continue to support research and outreach programs through partnerships with local hospitals and organizations.
