On October 26, 2021, Paltalk, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the launch of Paltalk Rewards Points, the Company’s upgraded loyalty program. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
