Departure of Certain Officers, Election of Directors, Appointment of Certain Officers, Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On September 23, 2021, Larry Wilson notified Duck Creek Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intent to retire from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective October 8, 2021. Mr. Wilson’s retirement is not the result of any disagreement with the Company. Board Chair Jason Wright said of the impending departure, “The Board would like to thank Larry for his dedicated Board service and his numerous contributions to the Company.”
