Explanation of Responses:

1. On August 27, 2021, Tortoise Sponsor II LLC (the "Sponsor") dissolved and transferred an aggregate of 8,520,000 shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer previously held by the Sponsor to the Sponsor's individual members, of which 984,060 shares were transferred to Vincent T. Cubbage.

2. On August 27, 2021, the Sponsor dissolved and transferred an aggregate of 8,520,000 shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer previously held by the Sponsor to the Sponsor's individual members, of which 489,900 shares were transferred to 3 Chiefs Family Trust. These shares are held in trust for the benefit of the Reporting Person's spouse and children. The Reporting Person's spouse is trustee of 3 Chiefs Family Trust.
