On July 9^th, 2021, Hal Goetsch, the Chief Financial Officer of iCoreConnect, Inc. (the “Company”) tendered, to the Board of Directors of the Company, and the Board of Directors of the Company has accepted, his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective as of the close of business on July 9^th, 2021.
