Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 26, 2021, Unit Corporation (Company) issued a press release announcing that, on March 23, 2021, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority had authorized a broker dealer to initiate a priced quotation of the Company’s common stock on the OTC Pink under the symbol “UNTC”. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
