Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

    On March 18, 2021, Veritex Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") announced that the Board of Directors of the Company authorized an extension of its stock buyback program. The press release also announced that, as of March 18, 2021, the Company had repurchased approximately $156.1 million, or 6,299,972 shares of common stock, through its stock buyback program. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
