In connection with a change to the vacation policy of CEVA, Inc. (the “Corporation”) for all of its employees, the Corporation is in the process of paying out each employee’s balance of any accrued but unused vacation days in excess of two weeks. As part of implementing this new vacation policy, the Corporation will pay out to Issachar Ohana, the Corporation’s Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales, an amount of approximately $163,000.
