On November 1, 2019, Keysight Technologies Inc, (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that Ronald Nersesian, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. Paul Clark, who previously served as Chairman of the Board is now serving as Lead Independent Director.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.
