Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year. 

On October 22, 2019, Accelerize Inc. filed a certificate of amendment to its certificate of incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware pursuant to which Article First of the certificate of incorporation was amended to reflect a change in corporate name from Accelerize Inc. to CFN Enterprises Inc., which change was effective upon filing. In connection with the name change, the trading symbol of CFN Enterprises Inc. on the OTCQB was changed from ACLZ to CNFN with the symbol change to be effective on October 24, 2019.
