Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 26, 2019, Zuora, Inc. (“Zuora”) announced that Mr. Robbie Traube would be joining Zuora as its new Chief Revenue Officer. Mr. Traube is expected to begin his role at Zuora by early November 2019.
